JAKE OWEN HANGS OUT WITH HERO NAVY SEALS TEAM 7
Jake Owen attended the “Act of Valor” movie screening in Nashville Tueday to enjoy his own work. He wrote and recorded a song for the movie soundtrack and was anxious to see the film, in theatres February 24. The motion picture features active-duty Navy SEALS. After the after-party, Jake took a few of the Navy SEALS downtown to hot spots Robert’s Western World and the Hermitage Café.
“Getting to hang out with the Navy SEALS last night was truly the biggest honor of my life,” says Jake. “Everyone should go see Act of Valor. The movie is so intense, but it’s real. It reminds you that every single day you should be very grateful to live in this country.”
Meanwhile, on February 14, Jake travels to NYC to perform his Top-10 hit single, “Alone with You,” on NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, which airs at 12:30 p.m. ET. Jake’s special guests in the audience that night will be family members of the NAVY SEALS Team 7.
